So, we're running the Great South Run! 

'WHY?' We hear you ask? - Well, we are doing it in aid of The Family Holiday Association - a charity that provides short breaks in the UK for children and their families. These are families that face daily hardship made worse by the likes of illness, bereavement or disability. FHA offer those families in difficult circumstances a much needed break.
