David Koch might be Harry Reid’s favorite whipping boy, but the 6-foot-6 billionaire was treated like a rock star, surrounded by adoring groupies, in the Grill Room bar at the Four Seasons restaurant a few nights ago.
Koch was one of the guests of Christopher Ruddy, the former Post reporter who now runs Newsmax, on a visit to the city from his headquarters in Palm Beach, Fla.
While Koch was speculating on who might succeed John Boehner as House Speaker, former NY Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey was warning how ill prepared US hospitals are to deal with Ebola.
Also on hand were Margo and John Catsimatidis, super lawyer Alan Dershowitz, private eye Bo Dietl and The Hill publisher Jimmy Finkelstein.
