O’Shea up for Tipp challenge

He told Tipp FM: “We’re not there yet, in terms of where we want to be. And I think that’s a challenge. I’d be optimistic but realistic as well. There’s a lot of work to be done. The great thing is that I have huge belief in the team. I believe in the lads, the Tipp squad but also in Tipperary hurling in terms of what we’re trying to do and what we’re trying to achieve.”
