Peter Morris, Professor of Construction and Project Management and author of 'Reconstructing Project Management’ (Wiley, 2013), will discuss, with Dr. Andrew Edkins, the opportunities, limitations, and progress made in thinking about the management of projects over the last 60 years and the trends going forward.

Professor Peter Morris has had a long career as an international project management consultant, contractor and academic. A past Chairman of the Association for Project Management (APM) and Deputy Chairman of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), he received the Project Management Institute;s 2005 Research Achievement Award, IPMA's 2009 Research Award, and APM's 2008 Sir Monty Finniston Life Time Achievement Award.

The lecture will begin at 6pm at Wilkins Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre and will be followed by drinks and networking in Wilkins South Cloisters.
