2014 Temple University Architecture Alumni Lecture in honor of Brigitte Knowles

Named The Wall Street Journal’s “Architecture Innovator” of 2013, David Adjaye OBE of Adjaye Associates is recognized as a leading architect of his generation. Adjaye Associates now has offices in London, Berlin, New York, Accra and Shanghai and is working on projects throughout the world, including a new collection of furniture for Knoll.  
Currently Adjaye Associates is the lead designer for the Freelon Adjaye Bond/Smith Group team for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) located on the Mall in Washington, DC.  Other notable projects include: The Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo (2005), the Museum of Contemporary Art in Denver (2007), and the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo (2010).
