Ice cream chain Baskin-Robbins is giving a full-flavor salute to veterans.

The company rolled out “First Class Camouflage” in honor of Veterans Day on Nov. 11. The military-themed cone features chocolate, caramel and green vanilla cake ice cream to form the tastiest camouflage ever.

“First Class Camouflage,” Baskin-Robbins president Bill Mitchell said, “celebrates our troops in a fun and unique way.”

It’s the November flavor of the month. Nothing drab about that.

Baskin-Robbins said it will donate 10 cents from each ice cream scoop sold in the U.S. on Veterans Day to the USO.

The latest flavor follows a line of inventive combinations for Baskin-Robbins, which is in a perennial cold war for taste buds with rivals such as Dairy Queen.

Compare that to “Trick Oreo Treat” ice cream in October or September’s “Pumpkin Cheesecake” ice cream and you see a chain working hard to stay creative, fun and timely.

When Baskin-Robbins unveiled “First Class Camouflage” on Facebook, customers went wild.

“No one can see you eat it,” wrote one person.

“The army needs that,” added another.
