San Francisco celebrates the SF Giants post season run into the baseball World Series.

Fans are wearing orange and black and several buildings in the city are illuminated with orange lights. This already happened two years ago when the Giants won their first title in SF. So I was ready this time to explore the city and its orange buildings.

The first night I headed out, I was treated to a beautiful sunset. What a coincidence that the sky was shining in bright orange!

Building One on Treasure Island is a leftover from the 1939 World Fair. Today it is used for administrative purposes. The puddle of water with the reflection caught my eye when I walked towards the building.

Coit Tower is a dominant landmark here in San Francisco. It is well visible from different spots throughout the city.

An other well known tower is illuminated in orange: Alcatraz Island lighthouse.

And the Ferry Building has a tower too!

While taking the picture of Davies Symphony Hall, I met the guy who put all the orange lights up! He did a great job!

And the City Hall is glowing in orange as well.

Update: In the meantime the Giants swept the Detroit Tigers and won the World Championship Series. Congrats! Go Giants!
