Your Dream Home holds a full Real Estate Agent license and is registered in compliance with the new mandatory regulations requiring real estate agents to be enrolled in the Comunidad Valenciana. All agents operating in the Comunidad Valenciana must adhere to legal obligations and complete registration by August 2023.
Furthermore, we take pride in our recent membership in the API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria), an association with a longstanding presence in the Spanish real estate sector. Joining the API is a choice made by Real Estate Agents, involving commitments to training, experience, and a comprehensive ethical code.
