Paris Motor Show: The car that's powered by air

French manufacturer Peugeot is showcasing its hybrid air technology - a system which allows a car to be driven around town powered by little more than compressed air.

The idea is to produce a hybrid which has low emissions and doesn't need a battery - because batteries are heavy and expensive.

At the Paris Motor Show, Theo Leggett took a look around the 208 Hybrid Air - a concept car that brings a new meaning to the term "gas guzzler".
