Coachella Valley, a year-old brewery from Thousand Palms, Calif., will provide the beer for this week’s Randall Thursday at The Brass Tap at Mesa Riverview.
The featured ale will be Coachella’s Desert Swarm, a Belgian-style wit (7% ABV) brewed with locally grown kumquats and Killer Bee Honey.
Using a Randall, the beer will be infused with graham crackers and honeydew melon. The fun will start at 4 p.m.
