You're cool. I get it: Your phone is always blowin' up, constantly receiving notifications from your (many) friends and (many) fans, alike. You have to post on the Snap (aka Snapchat) to make sure your followers know what you've been up to. You have to upload to Instagram to showcase the artsiest thing you've seen today. You've got to tweet out your thoughts on the latest Donald Trump incident. You've got to post on Facebook to do... all of the above? (None of the above?)

Below, I’ve outlined some options for having a healthy relationship with social media. (I probably don't have to tell you that "never look at the comments" is a tip.) As usual, the percentage ratings are my best guess for relative success. Tweet at me if you have any luck. You’re welcome!
