Twelve local authorities and organizations from all over the European Union, have shared their analysis and good practices about digital inclusion and the role of digital community centres. Their objective was to study and recommend the best ways for them to adapt to new digital uses and better enhance local cooperation and citizen participation.

The final conference aims at communicating about the project’s outputs and results: what could European “digital cooperatives” actually be? What kind of services and support would they provide to the community?
