I’m back at it again! Everyone was amazing in helping me raise over £2000 for Heads On back in 2018, when I ran Royal Parks Half Marathon. This time it’s double the distance for Brighton Marathon 2020! (EDIT: due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I will be running Brighton marathon in September 2021).

Heads On is a Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust charity, helping people with mental health problems achieve their ambitions. Having lost my little sister, Jessica, to depression in April of 2018, this is a cause I hold very dear to my heart.

One in four people will experience mental health problems over a year. Most of you will have or will know someone who has been affected by mental health and in today’s world it’s more important than ever to raise awareness and to act, to help those who need it.

Of course all donations are greatly appreciated and are going towards a fantastic cause. Thank you for taking the time to view my page!
