The menu features a dozen tacos under $3, such as skirt steak, chorizo carne asada, bacon and lettuce, pollo asado, grilled pork, braised brisket, crispy Baja fish, grilled Mahi, roasted turkey mole, grilled vegetable and hummus, shrimp and Americano (with seasoned ground beef).

Chu likens the experience to Swiss fondue, but there's no cheese or oil involved, just broth and fresh ingredients.
