The alarming increase in the deadly crashes is a matter of grave concern. I can relate to the thrill of driving fast but this thrill does not justify reckless driving. I, myself, have driven cars on high speeds, but never in city or a local road. And most of the time deadly accidents happen in the city not on highways. So it makes one wonder
1: what exactly we need to do to spread this awareness?
2: What can role can law enforcement agencies play to spread awareness?
3: What can government do to provide an alternative to reckless thrill seeking?
