To our amazing community, our KYC process is about to go live. To all those who have white-listed (we have over 25,000 names in our database so far!), please follow the step by step instructions below. If you are yet to apply for the white-list, you still have some time. Simply use this link to sign up: https://sharering.network/#/whitelist (you can also find the white-list button on our website).
If you have any questions or issues with this process, please email us at help@sharering.network . Before you contact us about email confirmations that you might not have received, please check your spam/junk folder, and wait a few hours for the Onfido emails to come through. Things tend to slow down when the traffic increases.
If you have any issues with the website, please try clearing your cache, or using a different browser before contacting us.
NOTE: This process is NOT for seed or pre-sale participants. We will send you an email separately for your KYC. You will also be white-listed for the main sale if you wish to make a further contribution.
Step 0:
When the KYC goes live, open the link in the email that we will send to you, or click on the ‘token sale’ button at the top of our website. Alternatively, we will add the link here when we are LIVE!
Step 1:
Use the username (email address) and password that you created during the whitelist process. If you have forgotten your password, please email help@sharering.network (for security reasons, we don’t have a reset password link).
Step 2
After you log in for the first time, you will be asked to verify your contribution amount, Ethereum address, Token Sale Agreement, and start the KYC process. When entering your Ethereum address, it’s important that you DON’T use an exchange wallet address. This will be the address that we send your tokens to, it will also be the address that we white-list in our token sale contract, so if you send from another address, it won’t work!
Step 3
After you enter your details, you will see the confirmation page. You will also receive an email from Onfido. Please take careful note of the FROM address in the email, and the SUBJECT of the email. It should EXACTLY match what you see on the confirmation page.
Step 4
Once you receive the email from Onfido, click the link to start the KYC check (note: If you don’t receive the email right away, don’t stress, it may take a few hours).
Step 5
Enter the requested details on the Onfido KYC check page. It’s important that you complete this form ACCURATELY, otherwise your check may fail, and you’ll miss out on the main sale. We won’t be offering to re-check any failed applicants.
Step 6
After you have completed the KYC process, check back on the ShareRing page to see if it’s been approved. To do this, simply go to https://sharering.network and click ‘login’ at the top right of the page. If you are approved, you will see a similar screen to this:

Congratulations! You’ve finished the white-list and KYC process. We will update you when the main sale is ready to go live!
