For the past 33 years, Inc. magazine has been ranking the country's 5,000 fastest-growing private companies as a way to look at which industries are most important to the American economy. By seeing which entrepreneurs are excelling in which industries, investors can have a much clearer picture of where to invest their money. It has also granted early exposure to several businesses as they were growing, including Dell, LinkedIn (News - Alert) and more. Now, remote call monitoring provider BPA International has made it onto this list after a period of rapid growth – for the sixth year in a row.
In addition to remote call monitoring BPA International also provides business clients with benchmarking and mystery shopping features, all of which are designed to improve customer service, sales and retention for those clients. Over the past three years, BPA International has grown by 70 percent, and has opened up over 200 new jobs and even opened a new office in Florida.
“We are extremely honored to be part of the Inc 5000 List,” said the company's owner, Lisa Renda. “We remain highly committed to our ongoing goal of helping our customers achieve tangible and measurable business improvements through analytical Remote Call Monitoring. We attribute our business growth to our unique approach to Remote Call Monitoring and the dedication and innovation of the BPA team. Most of all our success is linked to our loyal customers who have put us on the list again, thanks and keep talking about us!”
Due to the company's sixth appearance on the Inc. 5000 List, the company is very likely to continue growing thanks to increased exposure and investment. This investment will in turn help improve the quality of service offered by the company, creating cyclical growth. If all turns out well, BPA International may place on the list next year as well.
