Annual SCRA Fall Gathering

Fall conjures images of changing leaves, pumpkins, and giving thanks. As the days get shorter and the temperatures start to drop we invite you to enjoy the autumn splendor with us as we give thanks to you - our members, volunteers, and partners - at SCRA’s Annual Fall Appreciation Gathering.

This year’s partner is Crex Meadows Wildlife Area. We will be gathering in conjunction with Crex’s Fall Wildlife Fest where we can all enjoy an Active Trails Bingo Challenge, Game Calling Competition, a friendly game of Invasive Species beanbag toss, live music, a scenic bus tour, and so much more!

Following the fun of Fall Wildlife Fest, we’ll gather to thank our members, recognize our volunteers, and award the winners of the 2014 SCRA Photo Contest. Then we’ll wrap it up with a peaceful guided hike though Crex’s forest. Please consider joining us on this fun, family-friendly afternoon at Crex Meadows Wildlife Area on October 4.

• 11:00 – 12:00 PM - EcoBirder Butterfly Program
• 11:00 – 1:00 PM - lunch available at the Mess Hall Fundraiser Cookout

Registration

• SCRA Members:  $20/adult – includes lunch and bus tour
• Non-Members:  $25/adult – includes lunch and bus tour
• Children 12 years and under: free with adult registration

Proceeds to benefit SCRA and Friends of Crex.
