*Light Show will be open until 8pm this Sun 8 Feb, the final day of the exhibition. *

Continuing from its sell-out season at London's Hayward Gallery in 2013, the spectacular Light Show comes to Auckland Art Gallery this spring.

Spilling out across two floors of the Gallery, the exhibition is the first major presentation of international light-based art to be seen in New Zealand and offers an immersive and multi-sensory experience.

Playing tricks of the mind, as well as tricks of the eye, Light Show immerses and surrounds the viewer with stunning environments, from atmospheric installations to intangible sculptures that you can move around and even through. Visit Auckland Art Gallery and experience the wonder of light in all of its spatial and sensory forms.

Prepare to be dazzled by some of the world's most brilliant artworks from the likes of David Batchelor, Jim Campell, Olafur Eliasson, Dan Flavin, Jenny Holzer, Ann Veronica Janssens, Anthony McCall, Katie Paterson, James Turrell, Leo Villareal and New Zealand's Bill Culbert.

Exhibition organised by the Hayward Gallery, London in association with Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki.

You can also buy tickets on any day of the exhibition, from the Gallery's front desk.
