REGO-FIX Named as One of Indiana’s Top Employers

A longtime employer of Hoosier manufacturing professionals, REGO-FIX Tool Corp. (REGO-FIX USA) has earned recognition on the 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana list. An entrant in the small companies category, which covers businesses with 15-74 employees, the company earned its place on the list for the first time in 2020.

REGO-FIX USA has been at its present, award-winning facility in Whitestown, Indiana, since 2017, when it moved to its newly opened headquarters from its previous location in Indianapolis. William Obras, the REGO-FIX general manager for the Americas, congratulated his colleagues and the entire team on the award: “Our team is one of the best in the industry, and we’re proud to have been recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to continuing to provide fast, localized service and support, across the continent and here for our neighbors in Indiana.”

Presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group for the last 15 years, the list involves a two-part survey taken by companies across the state. The initial survey evaluated each nominee’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, which makes up 25% of the total score. The second survey was administered to nominated companies’ employees, who provided information about their experiences that accounted for 75% of the total score. The combined scores will be used to rank all 125 companies on the list at an April 30 awards dinner.
