Ingredients
Juice of 1 lime
- 1/8 c.
extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp.
honey
- 1/4 tsp.
ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- 12 oz.
- 2
bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2
medium white onion, thinly sliced
- 1
large head of romaine, chopped
- 1
avocado, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat Tyson frozen strips until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Step 3Add peppers and onions to skillet and increase heat to medium-high and grill until charred and soft, 10 minutes.
- Step 4In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, peppers and onions, and avocado and toss with dressing.
