POLKA DOT PARTY DETAILS:
Rebecca said this about the party
– “The birthday girl loves aqua and polka dots, and since the party was for her little brother too, this was a perfect gender-neutral theme! We added in some red for an extra pop of color, and then went crazy with the dots! Polka dot cookies, cake pops, banner, straws, favor boxes the list goes on and on. We even had giant polka dots (aqua and red beach balls and punch balloons) to entertain the kids! Amy from Amy Kelly Designs made an adorable dress for the birthday girl and a matching tie for the birthday boy. The aqua and red dots matched the party décor perfectly, and the quality of the items was amazing!
What birthday party is complete without a little (or a lot of) sugar?! Amy from Wacky Cookies made some awesome polka dot sugar cookies that were a big hit with the little ones. We also had a variety of cake pops that were delicious! If you are in the market for cake pops, you have to check out The MaD Cake Pop Shop Kristi and Nancy can do anything! There were polka dot cakes for the birthday girl and boy, and they were served on super-cute personalized birthday plates. Of course, we had to send some treats (gumball tubes, sixlets, and rock candy) home with the guests too! In addition to the candy, the favor boxes were filled with fun dot type items (bouncy balls, balloons, etc.), along with my favorite personalized notepads! Each guest got an aqua and red polka dot notepad with their name on it, along with some matching aqua and red dot crayons.”
