Philadelphia Police rushed to the scene Friday afternoon after a man was shot three times.
Officers responded to an alley near the 400 block of Neilson Street around 345 p.m.
A 21-year-old man was rushed from the scene to Temple University Hospital in stable condition despite being shot three times.
Investigators remained on the scene of the shooting as they attempted to figure out what led to the gunfire.
No word yet on suspects.
