Man in stable condition after W. Oak Lane shooting
A 22-year-old man was shot multiple times Friday evening in his buttocks and both thighs, Philadelphia police reported. The incident occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Mayland Street in West Oak Lane.

The incident occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Mayland Street in West Oak Lane.
He was taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
Police, who did not release the man's identity, said that no gun was recovered, and no arrests were made. The investigation is continuing.
