They consistently, efficiently and very professionally helped me with my requests and came up with multiple solutions and did extensive research in to shipping costs to Australia and so forth. They were just WONDERFUL. They have an in-home stylist - Elena - who was very helpful helping me to narrow down some choices for the bedroom and living room lighting that went a long way to refreshing my house's look.
