How do we build or re-build relationships with and within our congregation? Our communities?
At the Spring Orders and Fellowship Event, discuss how you have grown in your personal capacity as a pastor as you are going through everything associated with the COVID slog during the past year. Evaluate how to build up relationships as you see the light at the end of the tunnel and are at various stages of re-engaging our congregations in person. Finally, find focus on how you can reach out in ministry, address new needs and spaces as physical distancing becomes less necessary, and do so in a very different world than we lived in last year.
