Yes … you read right, in space!
Lady Gaga has been booked to perform on a commercial Virgin Galactic voyage next year and is keen for David Bowie to duet with her via a live video link.
"Gaga wants David to perform as she knows what a legend he is and what an amazing talking point it would be. But will he agree to do it?” a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper.
"Organisers will have a fortune to throw at him. But getting him to say yes might be another matter."
It is as yet unclear whether the 'Space Oddity' singer will accept Gaga's approach as the 67-year-old singer hasn't toured since 2004 and made his last live performance at a charity event in 2006.
But even if he doesn't take up her invitation, Gaga is still excited about performing during the Zero G Colony festival at Spaceport America in New Mexico - as are we!
This has crazy written all over it!
"I can't wait to perform in space. I can't wait to design the performance. I'll be the first recording artist to sing in space," she has previously said.
It is believed so far 700 passengers, who will experience two minutes of weightlessness on the trip, have paid a staggering €192,000 for a seat on the Virgin Galactic flight.
