We first worked with Cristina 8 years ago, when we were trying to buy our house. She was exceptional, diligent, and a true professional. She provided us with great advice, mortgage brokers and all we needed at the time.

8 years passed so quickly, and it was time to sell our first house. Cristina was a great help and as always provided us with advice on how to quickly sell. She is the go to person. Her experience and her team really helped through this process.

Cristina is friendly and warm, but she is also very efficient and a true professional. She gives great advice based on her real estate expertise of course, but she really focuses on your priorities more than anything. Because buying or investing on property is a huge decision, it is such a breath of fresh air to have someone who genuinely wants to help and protect your interests. I had the pleasure of working with Cristina while purchasing a condo in the Arlington, VA area. From the moment I began discussing my interests, it appeared that she knew exactly what I was looking for. Shortly after I gave her my priorities, she provided a list of properties that exceeded my expectations. While looking at every property, she had the experience to be able to speak not only about the unit or building but also the area as a whole and how she foresaw the re-sale price in the future. She was also extremely accommodating when scheduling times to see the properties. Despite her busy schedule, Cristina went out of her way to show me properties whenever the time fit my availability. Cristina made the entire search process extremely easy through her accommodation and understanding.

In addition to her accommodation and understanding through the search process, I found the support that she, and her team, provided throughout the actual purchase to be the most beneficial part of working with her. Not only was she attentive to any questions and concerns that I had, she also provided housing inspectors, loan providers, and any other contacts that I requested that provided quality service at competitive prices. Through this support, I was able to complete the purchase extremely quick and without issue.

I am extremely happy with the purchase that I made and with the incredible ease throughout the process. Through Cristina's knowledge, experience, supportiveness, and attentiveness, she provided an amazing service that made a very stressful process easy and exciting. I will recommend Cristina to my friends and family and will look to her in the future should I sell or buy a property.

I would never recommend that anyone uses Cristina Sison or the Sison Group. They sold a house and failed to provide me with the keys to the property. They would not let me do a final walk through inspection. More so, they failed to evict the seller from the house. To add to the issues they tried to blackmail me to provide money outside the HUD1 (under the table) in order to purchase the property, threatening for it to go into foreclosure. I will be filing complaints to BBB, Virginia Realtor Board, Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Cristina is the cream of the crop. It is one thing to show a house but Cristina provides advice and guidance with respect to the market, potential value for your investment and the realm of possibilities for modifications you are considering. She listens to everyone's opinions and concerns and boils it down to constructive discussion. Cristina was also critical through the negotiation strategy to get the house we wanted. We highly recommend Cristina.
