NH Business Review proudly presents our sixth annual Powered by Women conference, an inspiring event that will showcase the drive, conviction and persistence of women leaders in the Granite State. Powered by Women serves to connect female leaders through these stories that will leave them feeling empowered and informed to succeed in their endeavors.

The event will feature successful women leaders from different career backgrounds and perspectives, who will give 10-minute talks about their personal and professional growth followed by a 45-minute panel discussion.

  • Diane Fitzpatrick: Creating a culture of inclusivity and collaboration for the next generation of women. The importance of lifting each other and, leading with empathy and compassion.
  • Courtney Morin: Overcoming imposter syndrome and learning to recognize accomplishments and eliminate self-doubt.
  • Talesha L. Saint-Marc: The twists and turns of career journeys and breaking through barriers.
  • Holly Mintz: How (and why) to embrace the unexpected with life’s twists and turns.
  • Jennifer Delisle: The life of an entrepreneurial mom and how to find equilibrium with work-life balance.

Meet the 2023 Panelists

Holly Mintz, MD, MBA

Dr. Mintz has been practicing pediatrics in NH since completion of her residency at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in July 1996. She has committed her career to helping improve the well-being of patients in every aspect of their health.  She has a passion for improving access to care for all within both medical and behavioral health, and has led various efforts to ensure patients are able to receive the care they need in a timely manner. Dr. Mintz earned her medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, and completed her Master of Business Administration in 2022 from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is committed to fostering efforts to ensure that behavioral health problems are addressed and treated as any other medical problem, and increasing resources available to ensure that care can be provided.

Dr. Mintz has two daughters, ages 24 and 19, who are both studying in science-related fields. She loves to travel, ski, and is a huge fan of theater.

Jennifer Delisle is a Realtor, broker associate and co-founder of Inspire Realty Group, Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Bedford, New Hampshire. A Realtor since 2006 and specializing in residential real estate, she is consistently a Top Producer in the New England Region, selling over $20 Million in property each year and in the top 3% of agents in her office. She’s a member of KW Luxury, KW Relocation and is a board member of NH Young Housing Professionals. In 2021 and 2022, she earned the Top 5% Homesnap Award from agents nationwide. Jen lives in Bedford with her husband, two kids and dog Oreo.

Magistrate Judge 
United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire

The Honorable Talesha L. Saint-Marc joined the court in June 2023, as the first Black judge for the District of New Hampshire.  Prior to becoming a Magistrate Judge, Judge Saint-Marc was a shareholder at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A., where she partnered with businesses to provide thoughtful and practical advice and counsel regarding all aspects of employment law, including the FLSA, FMLA and ADA compliance, and Title VII and state human rights claims.  In addition to representing employers before both various government agencies and in court, she regularly served as an outside investigator in campus and workplace investigations.

Judge Saint-Marc is a lifelong New Hampshire resident, with a commitment to service.  Over the years, she has served as a CASA/GAL, a Big Sister, and has served on several boards for various organizations, including Rivier University, the Circle Program, and New Hampshire Legal Assistance.

Diane’s crucial role at the Club is creating, communicating, implementing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. Her focus is to lead and participate in programs, explore opportunities for strategic partnerships, and position the organization to pursue emerging opportunities. Responsibilities include providing programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes with the board of directors and staff. She is also responsible for coaching team members as they implement the strategic plan and transition program operations.

Diane has over 30 years of experience in higher education, marketing, and business-to-business development. Before her position at the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, Diane was the Dean of Admission at New England College. Diane is a dynamic leader who effectively and successfully managed the demands of a goal-oriented, high-pressure management team while facilitating various business-to-business relationships. Diane was named Excellence in Small Business in Nonprofit and NH 200 Most Influential Business Leaders.

Courtney MorinCourtney M. Morin, FSA, MAAA
Vice President, Actuarial & Underwriting
Northeast Delta Dental

Courtney  joined Northeast Delta Dental in 2004 upon graduation from Clark University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a graduate of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2021. Her responsibilities include rate development and management, pricing, product design, and reserving for individual and group dental and vision products. She was a member of the NH Medicaid Adult Dental Benefit Planning Working Group, and helped to eliminate some of the barriers to establishing a dental benefit for adults on Medicaid. In the community, she serves on the Board of Advisors for Stay Work Play NH, on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, and on the Board of Trustees for Leadership NH.
