Student Self Assessment Survey

Introduce young students (kindergarten - second grade) to self assess and reflect on their progress and attitudes about school. This simple and quick self assessment gathers information about how students see themselves as learners. The data from the survey can be used as at tool for starting discussions during parent and/or student conferences. Questions can be modified and become more complex during the year.
