Online Registration closes at 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 11th.
You can still join us by registering on site Saturday morning.
Registration Opens at 7:00 am near the Splash Park.
The 5K begins at 9:00 am

General Information
Registration Fee: $25/person through Sept. 5 or $30/person after Sept. 5
Start/Finish: Palmer Park - Near the Splash Park
Parking: Free Parking is available at the Palmer Park Splash Park, located at Pontchartrain Blvd. and Merrill Plaisance Street. Overflow parking will be directed to the Palmer Park Lake Frances parking lot located on Merrill Plaisance where a shuttle will transport participants to the Splash Park area. (Security Patrols Onsite)
T-shirts: Participants may pick up their NSO In Their Shoes 5K T-shirt at onsite check-in and at registration.
Onsite Check-in: All participants must check in before the event to sign a participant waiver and receive their race number, raffle ticket and T-shirt.
Onsite Registration: Participants may register to run or walk at the event. The onsite registration fee is $30/person.
Participant Raffle: When you redeem your T-shirt coupon you are automatically entered into the raffle prize drawing. Winning numbers will be posted onsite as prizes are drawn so all participants can check for their race number when they cross the finish line. Prizes must be picked up at the event.
Starting Times:
7:00 a.m. – Onsite Check-in and Registration Open
8:15 a.m. – Warm-Up
8:50 a.m. – Line up for Run/Walk Start
9:00 a.m. – 5K Run & Walk Begins
10:00 a.m. – Awards Presentation
The Finish: Tear the bottom tab off your race number after you cross the Finish Line and turn your tab in at the end of the finish chute.
