Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, Long-Term Contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Compose, review, and edit letters and various forms of correspondence.
- Greet guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist in planning travel arrangements and preparing the necessary documents.
- Scheduling meetings and interviews, manage calendars ensuring there are no conflicts.
- Maintain filing, copying, and scanning as well as any other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills are required with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
Hours:
- M -F 8:00-4:00
