Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, Long-Term Contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Compose, review, and edit letters and various forms of correspondence.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist in planning travel arrangements and preparing the necessary documents.
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews, manage calendars ensuring there are no conflicts.
  • Maintain filing, copying, and scanning as well as any other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are required with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.

Hours:

  • M -F 8:00-4:00
