Classic Wedge Salad – Traditional steakhouse salad; iceberg wedge with cherry tomatoes, smoked bacon, red onion and house-made Gorgonzola dressing, Gorgonzola crumbles and house made croutons
Johnny’s house salad – Spring and Romaine lettuce mix, with honey balsamic vinaigrette, cherry tomato, red onion, black olive, pepperoncini, shaved Asiago and our house-made croutons

Entrée – (Choose one)

Shrimp Rosa – 5 Garlic shrimp sautéed in garlic and tossed with four jumbo cheese ravioli in a basilica cream reduction, finished with a red pepper flake and shredded Parmesan cheese
Chicken Saltimbocca – 10-12 oz. airline chicken breast marinated in garlic, sage and lemon juice, topped with prosciutto and a white wine demi, accompanied by 4 Vesuvio potatoes
6oz. Sirloin Shiitake Dianne – 6oz Certified Angus Beef sirloin with sautéed onions, garlic & shitake mushrooms. Cooked with a Dijon and brandy cream sauce. Accompanied with baby Yukon potatoes tossed in garlic and rosemary
