Collaboration, not 'winner takes all', creates value in B2B ecosystems

Digital platforms are used increasingly in the business-to-business sector to deliver services. But research by Marin Jovanovic and colleagues has revealed that they are very different to those created by firms like Spotify, Netflix, Uber, Airbnb etc in the business-to-consumer sector. Instead they aim to create value with their customers, suppliers, technology providers, and competitors.
