Collaborative below-the-line agency located in an open office on the 3rd St. Promenade in Santa Monica seeking an operations (office manager-type) role.
Rather than a top-down approach where one person's ideas are implemented by many, we approach everything in a collaborative fashion. This creates a fun, rewarding environment where everyone's input is valued in keeping our artists inspired and engaged.
Organization is critical. From setting up procedures to organizing information to creating checklists. Ability to take useful notes on conversations, not being afraid to ask questions, and never failing to follow up is a requirement. Excellent communication is absolutely necessary to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
We are looking for someone to obtain, input, and maintain all essential information for company records and eliminate organizational clutter. Daily checks up on our process are expected, and improvements to be made based on your observations rather than going through the motions ''as needed.'' You should be hyper-aware of upcoming deadlines and have the most up-to-date information readily available for the other members of the company at all times.
Our focus is results, so we want your ideas to focus on improving how we accomplish tasks.
Experience with InEntertainment and Google suite is ideal, or ability to figure out computer programs easily enough -- technology is a large part of the collaboration here and we want to improve in this area, so confidence with computers is huge.
Room to grow-- seriously. We're not just looking for someone who can answer a phone and file papers; we want someone with an interest in below-the-line, who's constantly contributing ideas and long-term systems to help the company operate even more smoothly.
