WHO IS THE MASTERMIND CIRCLES AIMED AT? The Mumpreneur’s Enterprise Club hosts Mastermind circles (Maximum 12 members) for ambitious Mumpreneurs who are developing a business start up or been running their business for less than 18 months. The concept of the Mastermind circle is a problem shared is a problem halved. When women join a Mastermind Circle, pooling their talents, skills, knowledge, expertise and experience, they inevitably gain insider knowledge from their peers to tackle and overcome common business issues—such support will enable participants to find practical business solutions more rapidly and avoid costly mistakes. THE BENEFITS OF JOINING A MASTERMIND CIRCLE 12 members in a Mastermind Circle, together solving problems will come up with more practical solutions than individuals doing it on their own. Women in Mastermind Circles experience rapid business growth as a result of pooling together to solve business problems, as each participant will have a vested interested in coming up with creative ideas to move both the group and themselves forward. Business growth is more rapid as a result of peers generating business solutions together . When in a Mastermind Circle, your peers will give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. You will be amongst supportive and knowledgeable colleagues from different skill-sets who will brainstorm together to move the group to exceed individual and group expectations.
Why Some Women Are Now Opting To Join Mastermind Circles Within the Mastermind Group, Business Women have numerous opportunities to brainstorm, using one of the most creative methods of solving any problem. Whilst at the meetings, Business Women have the chance to generate ideas with other women and collectively come up with more practical business solutions a lot quicker than they would, doing it on their own. Brainstorming allows the Mastermind Circle to quickly get the most optimal solution to a problem, which needs to be solved to enable the participant to move forward with their business affairs or head of a business crisis. A Mastermind Circle enables participants to raise the bar by raising personal and business expectations, challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, transparency, respect and compassion. Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.
Business Women will have access to 11 business brains who may have already have much needed knowledge which they need. Business Women will have an opportunity to develop a close relationship with like-minded ambitious women. Business Women will have access to business contacts and resources from other members within their Mastermind Circle. Sometimes business challenges may overlap within the Circle allowing individuals to share the business journey together. Plenty of opportunities for like-minded Business Women to pool their talents, skills, knowledge, experience and expertise together to solve their business problems. Be part of a dynamic network where members are committed to not only their own success but success of the group. To create opportunities that they may not have been able to do alone. Payment Option 3:
An initial deposit of £90.00 plus 5 further monthly payments of £90.00 on the 1st of each month of October, November and December 2014 and on the 1st of each month of January, February 2015. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
Your Mastermind Circle Programme Your Investment Your investment in membership of the ‘Mastermind Circle’ is: Membership Fee is £45 per month | 12 months membership = £540 Time: 13 X half days and 13 X Business Reunion evenings over 12 months Membership is strictly by application and we ask you to please NOT apply if you are unable to honour this financial investment and time commitment. OR, if you are fully committed to work on your business. The Meetings:
We meet 13 X times for members to participate within the Mastermind Circle, as well as meeting13 X times for the Business Reunion evening meeting. At each Mastermind Circle, each member has an opportunity to sit in the HOTSEAT and will receive the undivided attention of the other Mastermind Circle members, on their specific business issue.
The Accountability Process:
Each member will be allocated a buddy to speak every 2-3 days. To ensure that members keep up the momentum and progress, we will have 3 X quarterly 90 minutes group feedback calls where we will catch up with each other, report on progress, raise important issues, seek advice, exchange ideas, strategies and business contacts.

To become a member you will have to undergo a short telephone interview to see whether or not you qualify to take part. You will need to:
