Opportunity Details
Wine on the River
Wine on the River, held on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, is Nashville's largest wine tasting event. Volunteers are needed to pour wine, act as runners, monitor entrances, and assist with event set-up and tear-down. All volunteers must be age 21 and up with a valid photo ID. In order to accurately fill all volunteer positions, each individual must register online prior to the event date in order to be placed as a volunteer at the event.
There are 2 volunteer shifts available:
All volunteers that register for the 2:15 – 7:30 p.m. shift MUST FOLLOW MANDATORY TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS that will be provided by email after registering. Only volunteers who agree to the rules outlined in the training materials will be added to the approved volunteer list and allowed in the event.
Teams & Details:
HON is unable to coordinate the placement of volunteer teams together, but you will be able to indicate your preferred position as part of the training. Free volunteer parking will be provided in designated Nissan Stadium parking lots. Further parking and check-in instructions will be provided the week prior to the event.

- Shift 1 – Event Setup & Registration— 1:30 – 5:00 p.m. (No Training Required)
- Shift 2 — Pouring & Event Support - 2:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m (Mandatory Training Required)
