Don’t Open A Link That Says ‘Watch Robin Williams Commit Suicide On Cam’

Here we go again! Earlier this year, hackers were posting links on social media, claiming Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 had been found. More recently, we saw links claiming to be video of Flight 17 being shot down. Less than 24 hours after the death of Robin Williams, similar links have appeared, representing themselves as webcam videos of his suicide. If such a link appears on your timeline, and you open it, a message will appear, saying the video is restricted. The message will instruct you to share the link on Facebook in order to view it. I strongly suggest you don't. You'll likely infect your computer, and spread a virus to your Facebook friends.
