🌟 Fraud in selling goods ✒
Consumers are deceived by giving less quantity or by adulteration. This type of fraud is usually used in the sale of consumer goods, such as: - Food rice, pulses, oil; Fuel gas, petrol, diesel, kerosene; Minerals diamonds, gold, silver, copper; Clothing, that is, different types of clothing, etc., are deceived by reducing or adulterating them, or at the same time by both methods.
This type of fraud can be caught only if the consumer is a little aware.
🌟 Fraud of mobile operators ✒
But the mobile operators do not provide any product in exchange for money. They provide minutes, SMS, MMS, internet data etc. But while consumers have an idea about the production, supply and sale of other consumer goods, consumers generally do not have such an idea about providing services to mobile operators.
For example: - The price of rice is sixty money per kg. Now the consumer can have an idea about this. In other words, rice is made from paddy. Irrigation, fertilizer, medicine, electricity, diesel, etc. are required to produce paddy. It is possible to determine an approximate price of rice by calculating these.
But it is not easy for consumers to know or imagine the value of the services of mobile operators.
For example: - A mobile operator called Alltel charges money. 2.5 per minute from the customer. But it is not easy to guess the price. Because, all the equipment required for that service, they are not sold in the market like other consumer goods. So it is not possible for the customer to know how much money the mobile operator Alltel is earning in two and a half money per minute? Is that a fair price? Or is it worth a lot more? So in this case mobile operators have a lot of opportunities to cheat.
So the deception of mobile operators cannot be caught by ordinary people, even educated and conscious people.
🌟 Theft of mobile operators ✒
Ordinary thieves steal money by grabbing or cutting people's pockets. Again, many thieves steal things without the knowledge of the owner. And another thief snatches.
But mobile operators can steal money without cutting people's pockets.
For example: - Alltel mobile operator has tens of millions of subscribers.
Now if Alltel mobile operator tries to steal money, it can. If every day they steal two money from fifty lakh customers, then they steal one crore money every day. The one who steals money from 5 million customers today, will not steal from them tomorrow. Instead, the remaining nine and a half crore customers will steal money from fifty lakh customers. Stealing in this way is less likely to get caught. Because, almost no customer keeps track of their mobile balance.
If the balance of the mobile is one hundred money, how much money has been spent by talking to whom for so many minutes? How many people do this calculation? How many people will understand this opportunity if they steal two money from a customer every week?
Yes, only two money. At present, begging for two money does not work. But stealing two money from millions of customers is worth crores of money.

If a mobile operator does not fulfill the offer, it is also a fraud.
For example: - Alltel company offered to give forty minutes for twenty four money. But if you recharge twenty four taka or dial a certain number, you are given thirty eight minutes. 🌟 দ্রব্য বিক্রিতে প্রতারণা ✒
ভোক্তা অর্থাৎ ক্রেতাকে পরিমাণে কম দিয়ে অথবা ভেজাল দিয়ে প্রতারণা করা হয়। সাধারণত ভোগ্যপণ্য বিক্রির ক্ষেত্রে এই ধরণের প্রতারণা করা হয়।যেমন :- খাদ্যদ্রব্য চাল,ডাল,তেল; জ্বালানি গ্যাস, পেট্রোল,ডিজেল, কেরোসিন; খনিজ পদার্থ হিরে, স্বর্ণ,রূপা,তামা; বস্ত্র অর্থাৎ বিভিন্ন ধরণের পোশাক প্রভৃতি কম দিয়ে অথবা ভেজাল করে অথবা একই সঙ্গে উভয় পদ্ধতিতে প্রতারণা করা হয়।
এই ধরণের প্রতারণা ভোক্তা অর্থাৎ ক্রেতা একটু সচেতন হলেই ধরতে পারেন।
🌟 মোবাইল অপারেটরদের প্রতারণা ✒
কিন্তু মোবাইল অপারেটরগুলো টাকার বিনিময়ে কোন দ্রব্য প্রদান করে না।ওরা মিনিট, এসএমএস,এমএমএস, ইন্টারনেটের ডাটা প্রদান করে। কিন্তু অন্যান্য ভোগ্যপণ্যের উৎপাদন, সরবরাহ ও বিক্রি সম্পর্কে ভোক্তার ধারণা থাকলেও মোবাইল অপারেটরদের সেবা প্রদানে ওই রকম কোন ধারণা সাধারণত ভোক্তাদের থাকে না।
যেমন :- চালের দাম ষাট টাকা কেজি।এখন এ ব্যাপারে ভোক্তা নিজেও একটা ধারণা করতে পারেন। অর্থাৎ চাল হয় ধান থেকে।ধান উৎপাদন করতে দরকার সেচ,সার,ঔষধ,বিদ্যুৎ,ডিজেল প্রভৃতি।এগুলোর হিসাব করে চালের একটা আনুমানিক মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা সম্ভব।কেননা, ধান উৎপাদনের প্রয়োজনীয় সরঞ্জামের মূল্য বাজার থেকে ভোক্তারা নিজেরাই জানতে পারেন।
কিন্তু মোবাইল অপারেটরদের সেবার মূল্য সম্পর্কে জানা অথবা ধারণা করা ভোক্তাদের পক্ষে ততো সহজ না।
যেমন :- অলটেল নামক মোবাইল অপারেটর প্রতি মিনিটে আড়াই টাকা গ্ৰাহকের কাছ থেকে নেয়। কিন্তু এর মূল্য সম্পর্কে ধারণা করা ততো সহজ না।কেননা, ওই সেবার জন্য যে সকল সরঞ্জাম দরকার,সেগুলো বাজারে অন্যান্য ভোগ্যপণ্যের মতো বিক্রি হয় না।তাই গ্ৰাহক অর্থাৎ ভোক্তার পক্ষে জানাও সম্ভব হয় না যে, মোবাইল অপারেটর অলটেল প্রতি মিনিট আড়াই টাকার মধ্যে কত টাকা লাভ করছে? সেটা কি ন্যায্য মূল্য? না কি অনেকগুণে বেশি মূল্য? তাই এ ক্ষেত্রে মোবাইল অপারেটরদের প্রতারণার অনেক সুযোগ থাকে।
তাই মোবাইল অপারেটরদের প্রতারণা সাধারণ মানুষ তো বটেই, শিক্ষিত ও সচেতন মানুষও ধরতে পারেন না।
🌟 মোবাইল অপারেটরদের চুরি ✒
সাধারণ চোরেরা মানুষের পকেট হাতিয়ে অথবা কেটে টাকা চুরি করে।আবার অনেক চোর জিনিসপত্রের মালিকের অজান্তে নিয়ে গিয়ে চুরি করে। এবং কোন চোরে ছিনতাই করে।
কিন্তু মোবাইল অপারেটররা মানুষের পকেট না কেটেই টাকা চুরি করতে পারে।
যেমন :- অলটেল মোবাইল অপারেটরের দশ কোটি গ্ৰাহক অর্থাৎ ভোক্তা আছেন।
এখন যদি অলটেল মোবাইল অপারেটর টাকা চুরির চেষ্টা করে,তবে তা করতে পারবে। প্রতিদিন যদি ওরা পঞ্চাশ লাখ গ্ৰাহকের কাছ থেকে দু'টাকা করে চুরি করে,তবে প্রতিদিন চুরি করলো এক কোটি টাকা।আজ যে পঞ্চাশ লাখ গ্ৰাহকের কাছ থেকে টাকা চুরি করবে,কাল তাদের কাছ থেকে করবে না।বরং অবশিষ্ট সাড়ে নয় কোটি গ্ৰাহকদের পঞ্চাশ লাখ গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে টাকা চুরি করবে। এভাবে চুরি করলে ধরা পড়ার সম্ভাবনা কম থাকে।কেননা, প্রায় কোন গ্ৰাহকই নিজের মোবাইল ব্যালেন্সের হিসাব রাখেন না।
মোবাইলের ব্যালেন্স একশো টাকা থাকলে কার সঙ্গে কত মিনিট কথা বলে কত টাকা খরচ হয়েছে? এই হিসাব কত জনে করেন? এই সুযোগে প্রতি সপ্তাহে কোন গ্ৰাহকের কাছ থেকে দু'টাকা চুরি করলে কত জনে বুঝবেন?
হ্যঁ,মাত্র দু'টাকা।বর্তমানে দু'টাকার ভিক্ষাও চলে না। কিন্তু লাখ লাখ গ্ৰাহকের কাছ থেকে দু'টাকা করে চুরি করলে হয় কোটি কোটি টাকা।এতো বড় চোর হওয়ার সুযোগ মোবাইল অপারেটিং ছাড়া আর কোথায় আছে?
🌟 অফার করে প্রতারণা ✒
কোন মোবাইল অপারেটর যদি অফার করে তা পূরণ না করে,তবে সেটাও প্রতারণা।
যেমন :- অলটেল কোম্পানি অফার করলো চব্বিশ টাকায় চল্লিশ মিনিট দেয়ার। কিন্তু চব্বিশ টাকা রিচার্জ করলে অথবা নির্দিষ্ট নাম্বারে ডায়াল করলে দেয়া হলো আটত্রিশ মিনিট।এটা অফার করে প্রতারণা করা হলো।চল্লিশ মিনিটের মধ্যে আটত্রিশ মিনিট দেয়া তেমন কিছু মনে না হলেও লাখ লাখ গ্রাহকের বেলায় অনেক কিছু হয়।টাকা চুরির ক্ষেত্রে যেমন হয়।
আবার অফার করলো দুশো টাকায় ত্রিশ জিবি ইন্টারনেট ডাটা দেয়ার। কিন্তু পঁচিশ জিবি দিলো।এটাও তেমন কোন ব্যাপার মনে না হতে পারে। কিন্তু লাখ লাখ গ্রাহকের বেলায় বিরাট ব্যাপার।
🌟 সাধারণ দ্রব্যের ক্ষেত্রে অহরহ প্রতারণা ধরা পড়ে। কিন্তু মোবাইল অপারেটরদের চুরি ও প্রতারণা প্রায় ধরা পড়েই না।আর ধরা পড়লেও হাজারে একটা, এমনকি লাখে একটা প্রতারণা ধরা পড়ে।
তাই মোবাইল অপারেটরদের চুরি ও প্রতারণা ধরা পড়লে, সাধারণ ভোগ্যপণ্যের প্রতারণার চেয়ে অনেক গুণ বেশি করে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেয়া দরকার। ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
