Granola-Stuffed Peaches
Fresh peaches may be scarce in the off season, but you can always turn to the canned variety to get a fast, affordable summer-fruit fix with this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 can halved peaches
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. nut granola
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In 8" by 8" glass baking dish, arrange peach halves, cut sides up.
- Step 2In microwave-safe small bowl, microwave butter and brown sugar on High for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in granola.
- Step 3Spoon granola mixture into peach centers, and bake 10 minutes to heat through. Serve with vanilla yogurt.
