ShamRockin’ Cocktails

St. Patty’s Day is finally right around the corner! If you aren’t a big whiskey drinker, we’ve got you covered with the greenest and luckiest cocktails around to have you celebrating like a leprechaun this holiday. Now hop to it!

Shamrock-Kir

Champagne
1/2 oz. Apple Pucker

Add ½ oz. of Apple pucker to a champagne glass and top of with your champagne of choice.

4 oz. SMIRNOFF Sorbet Light Pineapple Coconut
4 oz. Blue Curacao
8 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine ingredients in glass over ice. Stir. Enjoy with your three lucky friends (serves 4).

Green-Intensity

2.5 oz. Absolut Elyx
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 o.z Lime Juice
4 Basil Leaves
1 Slice Jalapeno

Place all ingredients into shaker tin then shake and strain into a freshly chilled martini glass. Garnish with thin slice of jalapeno.

2 oz. Milagro Silver
1 Tomatillo
1 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
4 Cucumber Slices
1 pinch Cilantro
1 slice Jalapeno
1 pinch Minced Garlic
1 pinch Salt

Blend all ingredients without ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber.

2 oz. Tullamore Dew Phoenix Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Montenegro Amaro
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Stirred and served over 1 large ice cube in a crystal rocks glass. Garnished with a fresh orange zest.

50 ml Belvedere Vodka
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
Dash egg white

Combine all ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and discard.

1 ½ oz. Bacardi Limon
½ oz Crème de meth
Muddled mint leaves & lime
3 packets of Sugar

Muddle Mint leaves and lime. Add ice and Bacardi, shake, and strain into a martini glass. Sink crème de menthe (which floats to the bottom), garnish with a mint and a lime, and enjoy!

1 package Lime Jello (3 ounces)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chilled Jameson Irish whisky

Combine the Jello and boiling water in a bowl. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Let set until it comes to room temperature. Slowly stir in the whisky. Pour into a glass shot glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
