Porsche Design's Wireless Speaker PDS50 Is Made From a Single Block of Aluminum
A no-nonsense speaker.
Porsche Design has excelled itself in terms of producing something stunningly minimal with its latest piece, the Wireless Speaker PDS50.
This speaker combines luxury details with an overall industrial design approach, presenting a body made from layered aluminum. It is in fact constructed from a solid block of aluminum and features an LED strip, a recessed bass-reflex port, and high-gloss details that contrast and shine against the matte body.
The speaker promises up to 20 hours of battery life and has a built-in Qi charging plate that can be used to charge a variety of different devices. Sound is supplied by a 3” and 1” tweeter combination that is sure to fill a room (or an outdoor space) with plenty of noise and bass, and it can also be paired with other Porsche Design wireless speakers to create a bigger sound atmosphere.
