Amazon on Thursday revealed plans for an 800-job expansion at its Austin hub.

The company said the jobs will be located at a new building being constructed at the Domain in North Austin, where Amazon already has two corporate offices and more than 1,000 employees. Amazon is not receiving any financial incentives from the state or local governments for its investment, and the online retailer said the expansion is not tied to its recent pullout of a major planned hub in New York.
