UKAP Releases COVID-19 Toolkit to Help Prepare for Reopening

LONDON—On June 9, the British adult industry organization UK Adult Professionals (UKAP) released its "COVID-19 Toolkit" for studios, performers and content creators working in the UK industry.

The COVID-19 Toolkit provides recommendations on how to create and produce adult content safely, taking into consideration the risks regarding COVID-19. UKAP has also included a COVID-19 risk assessment and COVID-19 waiver for open use by performers, content creators and studios.

According to UKAP, as people return to work during this time of pandemic, where many areas are still under social distancing restrictions, people have different considerations they must take into account, so UKAP felt it important to supply the UK industry with a toolkit which can help support the industry in making COVID-19 related decisions.

A representative of UKAP said, “We felt it was important that this toolkit be available to everyone, not just those who are members of our organization. The toolkit has been designed with those in front of and behind the camera in mind, and can be used by anyone, not just those in the UK (though the toolkit has been based on UK government guidelines).

Further information about the COVID-19 Toolkit and copies can be found on UKAP's website.
