Taylor Swift just became her own new neighbor. The “Gorgeous” singer just purchased a Manhattan townhouse for $18 million in an off-market deal a few doors down from her $19.95 million penthouse duplex, according to the New York Post.

According to Trulia, the 27-foot-wide townhouse set on an idyllic Tribeca cobblestone street was renovated by architect and designer Leopoldo Rosati in 2011. Natural light floods the first floor through a skylight in the living room. The sleek kitchen is outfitted with dark Boffi cabinetry, and Miele and Gaggenau appliances. Custom steel staircases lead to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms with custom closets and access to a sizable terrace with a Wolf natural-gas grill, made private by the Japanese paper glass wall surrounding it. The spacious master suite is on the third floor, complete with dual dressing rooms, a limestone master bathroom with a rainfall steam shower, a Duravit jet tub, and a private wet bar.

The home’s lower level is pure luxury, with a D-Box motion controlled home theater, gym, steam bath, and bar. As a bonus, there’s also a guest suite with a private bathroom and separate entrance, perfect for Swift’s squad to crash.
