The concept would not only improve valet parking operations, but create a privately-owned public space at 1053, 1057 and 1069 Juniper Street in Midtown.

Features include timber and steel in order to be in line with an urban aesthetic.

Currently, the project is going through the Midtown Development Review Committee process, with plans to share the latest drawings and site plans on August 9.

Owner Jeff Landau shared drawings presented before the committee in July with What Now Atlanta.
