About the program

Pulmonary rehabilitation has been shown to improve quality of life in people who suffer from chronic lung disease. BREATHE Better, Stay STRONG is a virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program that offers education, exercise and resources to help Canadians living with chronic lung disease live more confidently and with fewer symptoms.

If you have been diagnosed with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis or other interstitial lung disease, this program can help you to keep doing the things you enjoy with the ones you love.

You will be prompted to accept a medical disclaimer in order to access the program modules. 

The Modules

Each module in this 8-week program will introduce a topic that is important to your lung health or overall wellness. For the best results, follow the program from beginning to end, starting with the introduction.
