Last Week I went out shooting with my Browning 1911-22, Ruger LCR22 and American Tactical Firefly at 10 yards.
The LCR22 has a very short barrel, so is hard to control on accuracy. I was just happy to keep in on the 9-inch paper plate.
There has been some problems with the Firefly on switching out the front sights, but after figuring out that with the tallest sight, if you place it right over the bullseye it will pretty much hit the center.
As for the Browning 1911-22, once I laid the bullseye on top of the front sight, it kept the pattern on center. A lot of rounds went through the same hole area, which I could see when looking at the back of the target board.
As all of you well know, even with everything being about the same sight basics, all guns have their own little catch on a sight pattern. Shooting these three guns with the same Winchester Xpert ammo (1280 fps) definitely showed the difference, and why you have to practice with every gun until you figure them out, and then keep practicing.
