Are you Gung-Ho for a bit of fun?
Look no further than the world's biggest inflatable 5km race which returns to Chester Racecourse this June.
Organised by Gung-Ho! events, the obstacle course, which includes a 5k run features giant inflatable balls as well as the biggest inflatable slide in Europe.
It's open to participants of all abilities, including veteran athletes and first time 5k runners and could be just the fitness motivation you've been looking for.
The event will be held on Saturday, June 1 and tickets start at £30 which include a wave time wrist band, a winners T shirt and winners headband as well as adhesive race number.
