Daily Dose: A Webinar to support artists' mental health
Mental Health is a measure of wellbeing and is supported by an individual’s resiliency, ability to cope, connection to others, emotional well-being, positive thinking, and even physical health.

Every now and then, we all need a boost to help us improve our mental health. That is why Mississauga Arts Council (MAC) is partnering with Dr. Ewa Antczak from Core Centre to produce a pre-recorded webinar to promote the positive Mental Health of creatives and their networks in Mississauga.

Use the form below to ask one or more questions about mental health. We will not collect any personal information from you, and if your question is asked during the pre-recorded webinar, we will remove any revealing information to ensure confidentiality.
